  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.

4. Refund and Replacement Policy

  • Finality of Sales: Due to the deeply discounted nature of our inventory [and/or the digital delivery of goods], all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific product page.
  • Exceptions / Warranty: If a product is delivered defective or non-functional, you must open a support ticket within 24 hours of purchase. Replacements or refunds for defective items are issued at the sole discretion of FlipSide support after a proper review of the claim.
  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from FlipSide and all affiliated services, and your details may be blacklisted across the SellAuth network.
